Join us today, by purchasing an engraved brick(s) to help complete the preservation of this historic building and to create a new cultural center to tell many stories from students attending these rural colored schools in Currituck County. This new museum will speak to the past as well as provide inspiration and understanding for future generations. We anticipate completion of the museum by summer of 2011.  

The bricks and pavers will be incorporated in the sidewalks that will connect the school, the museum and the parking area.
